Welcome to Slicke TV! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our mobile application and services (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the App.

1. Subscription Policy

a. Monthly Subscription: The App offers a monthly subscription package for $3.99+VAT per month, granting users access to premium features and content.

b. No Trial Period: Please note that we do not offer any trial period for our subscription. Upon subscribing, users will have immediate access to the premium features and content.

c. Cancellation: Users have the option to cancel their subscription at any time. Cancelling the subscription will stop future billing cycles, and users will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period.

2. User Accounts

a. Account Creation: Users are required to create an account to access certain features and content within the App. Users must provide accurate and complete information during the account creation process.

b. Account Security: Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and for any activity that occurs under their account.

3. Payments and Billing

a. Subscription Fees: By subscribing to our monthly subscription package, users agree to pay the applicable subscription fees as described in the App.

b. Billing Cycle: Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis. The billing cycle begins on the date of subscription and recurs every month thereafter until cancelled by the user.

c. Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions are set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user. Users will be charged the applicable subscription fee for the next billing period.

4. Termination and Refunds

a. Termination by User: Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the App's settings. Upon cancellation, users will not be entitled to any refunds for unused portions of their subscription.

b. Termination by WHO MADE THAT, LLC: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the App at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms and Conditions.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

a. Updates: We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms and Conditions within the App.

b. Notification: We may notify users of significant changes to these Terms and Conditions through the App or via email.
